Finally, a guachinche like the old days, both in terms of food and price. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, 5-7 courses, and all very tasty. Even their house wine was quite good; people were taking it home in jugs. The service was excellent and fast. As is the trend, and something I don't understand, the red mojo sauce was tasty but not spicy. We continue to lose part of our Canarian culinary identity…
