This is a clear example of how unprofessional service can ruin a spectacular kitchen and turn a wonderful experience into just average. For example, you practically have to beg to get an order, and when the desserts arrive, some staff members even say they can't take your order because they seem too rushed. We had to leave without dessert or coffee; no one wanted to take our order.
