We were served a steak so tough that, after trying everything, we decided to give nature a second chance and take it home for the dogs. We don't know if they'll consider it food or building material.

The fries were served twice because they'd been left over from lunch and had come back refried for dinner; the wrinkled potatoes, of course, didn't want to miss out either. The bread was also stale (as usual), and the chickpeas were so spicy that we'd ordered them for our daughter, but we ended up eating them ourselves.
When we left, we saw that the grill was off. Literally no grill at all. It would have been easier to just tell us there wasn't one, like they'd done with other things on the menu. We would have preferred that, because the least you expect from a steak is that it's freshly cooked.
