This is the first time I've reviewed a business, but it really saddens me when the bar keeps dropping. At a meal for about twenty people—a sizable table—we experienced quite inattentive service. I don't think they kept proper track of orders when it came to adding them to the bill. There was only one option per person instead of a variety of grilled dishes, even though they brought them out on trays and we had to serve ourselves with some fries to share. I guess it's more economical that way, haha. It was pretty unbelievable. Excellent ingredients were ruined by the heat, from the grilled cheese to the meat, and it came to €28 per person. It's a shame that trying to fill a table overwhelmed the service and compromised the final product. They have a place with a lot of potential; they should take care of it.

We used to love coming to this Guachinche and were regular customers, both for personal reasons and with our business and colleagues. Back then, it definitely deserved 5 stars.
However, on our last visit, we were very disappointed. We were constantly served by a different waiter, which created quite a bit of disorganization. Furthermore, the food took a long time to arrive, and part of our order was even completely forgotten.
The most disappointing thing was the quality of the dishes: the grilled rabbit tasted like soap or detergent. The grilled chicken we ordered was inedible because it had a completely bitter taste. In general, the dishes weren't served as described on the menu.
It's a real shame, considering how good this Guachinche used to be. Unfortunately, after this experience, we can no longer give it a better rating.
