This is the first time I've reviewed a business, but it really saddens me when the bar keeps dropping. At a meal for about twenty people—a sizable table—we experienced quite inattentive service. I don't think they kept proper track of orders when it came to adding them to the bill. They bring you the bread and the mojo sauce without asking and charge you one euro for each item... The lady who served us barely looked at us and took our order very reluctantly, but otherwise the food was good.

We used to love coming to this Guachinche and were regular customers, both for personal reasons and with our business and colleagues. Back then, it definitely deserved 5 stars.
