A typical Canarian guachinche in the heart of La Orotava, with easy parking, good service, very reasonable prices, and friendly, welcoming staff. They serve authentic Canarian dishes; I recommend the escaldón de gofio.

An authentic guachinche (traditional Canarian eatery). The 4-star service rating is just to make sure those unfamiliar with this type of establishment don't get misled. Despite going on the last day it was open for the season, we ate very well, each of us leaving a couple of kilos heavier, and everything was washed down with wine. The atmosphere and staff were attentive. A good time is guaranteed without breaking the bank. Looking forward to their reopening next season...
