Guachinche El Cubano

Recommended visit if you're in Tenerife.

The location is a natural paradise, with stunning views, and it has chickens, chicks, and roosters. The food is delicious, and the price is fantastic.

In our opinion, one of the best restaurants on the entire island.

This small, secluded restaurant is frequented almost exclusively by locals.

The food is rustic and traditional, and the prices are affordable even for those on a tight budget.

You'll definitely be back!

What a disaster of a place. The food is not bad and the price is low but it does not compensate for the dirt, chickens running under the table, dirty glasses, plastic roofs, no chairs and plates, etc. HEALTH SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE

FATAL! Llegamos a las 2:30, nos sentaron en una mesa la cual impedía a los camareros acceder a una vitrina de postres, y de malas formas nos dijeron que si le dejabamos pasar… propusimos cambiarnos de mesa y nos dijeron que si la limpiabamos??? Muy malas formas…

Nos cambiaron a la terraza, tardaron un monton en atendernos, en traernos los entrantes, y al final nos fuimos a las 4 y algo sin probar la carne, porque ni bebida teníamos ni nada…

Fuimos por cercanía al sitio , pero una y más nunca entramos de los primeros y los camareros totalmente despistados les pedíamos las cosas y teniamos que repetirles lo mismo porque no daban una , luego la comida te la traían y te la ponían en la mesa como si fuéramos perros , escaldon frío las papas refritas en fin un lugar donde nunca iremos más

We waited over three hours. The wait from appetizers to main course was very long, and then they brought the meat burnt and very dry. I told them to cook it rare next time, and they said "standard." Then this one wasn't bad, although it lacked salt. The worst part was the wait. On the plus side, the setting was very nice, surrounded by nature, but they lack staff and organization.

Tardan muchísimo entre plato y plato, el secreto estaba seco y duro y uno de ellos quemado, la ropa vieja solo tenia 2 garbanzos y el resto papas y muy poca carne, en el servicio falta organización

La comida la verdad que bien, el servicio de algunos camareros es pésimo.
El camarero que tiene los ojos claros es un maleducado
El camarero que tiene una gorra americana es una máquina

Comida tipica canaria a unos precio super económicos.
Quiza peque de poco personal para el volumen de gente que sirven, pero está mas que justificado por el precio al que cobran sus elaboraciones.

Der Weg lohnt sich nicht. Unterterste Schublade! Tische dreckig, 30 Minuten Wartezeit bis man Getränke bekommt. Fleisch sehr schlechte Qualität! Man speist zwischen Tauben und Hühnern die sich am Nebentisch an den Speiseresten zu schaffen machen, weil sie nicht abgeräumt werden. Nachfrage beim Chef, gibt es einen Chupito? No , wir sind eine Guachinche! Ok, ihr seht mich und meine Freunde nie wieder!

It used to be spectacular, tender with a nice crust. Now it's dry and without any crust. The service is terrible. Nobody seems to want to serve you, and everyone answers rudely. Then, when it comes to taking your money, they're attentive and inquisitive, but it takes 40 minutes or an hour to take your order and then bring your food. I understand that if the place is full, they have management problems, but this is just too much. If you can't handle so many tables, don't let people in and make them queue. Personally, I'd rather have a beer while waiting and be served properly an hour later than have to fight to be served and then not be treated well. The atmosphere is truly authentic, and I've always liked it. But poor management has turned it into one of the dirtiest places I've ever been. If they limit capacity in the future, hire more staff, or get better organized, I'll go back. But after this last experience, there's no way I'll be back.… Mehr sehen

El servicio es completamente ineficiente y los camareros te atienden a desgana.

Solo decir que ha salido antes la parrilla que la ropa vieja que es algo que ya deben de tener hecho.

Lo suciedad rebosa por todos lados, la muestra de ello es el pelo que nos hemos encontrado en la comida y que ha hecho que nos lo dejemos a mitad.

Dejando de lado que una de las salsas estaba cortada y laNo pienso volver jamás, hemos tardado un total de 1 hora y 40 minutos en que llegue algo de comida a la mesa.

Dejando de lado que una de las salsas estaba cortada y la otra era de bote, si la calidad/cantidad precio fuese solo de la comida podría ser un 7'5 pero metiendo al servicio por medio cae en picado.

Y digo todo esto cuando era uno de mis sitios favoritos, no sé quién lo gestiona pero espero que lo vea y que sepa que si quiere meter a tanta gente al menos tiene que tener en cuenta las capacidades de sus trabajadores o tener un sistema eficiente, por querer hacer más dinero harán que el sitio sea para ir un vez y no volver.
