My experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we sat down, it took almost half an hour to be served, and during all that time, no member of staff approached us to ask if we wanted a drink or to offer us bread. What was most frustrating was that we saw other tables being served normally…

From the moment we sat down, it took almost half an hour to be served, and during all that time, no member of staff approached us to ask if we wanted a drink or to offer us bread. What was most frustrating was that we saw other tables being served normally while we continued waiting.
I completely understand that when a restaurant is full and has limited staff, delays can occur, and in that case, complaining wouldn't make sense. However, that wasn't the case here, so the lack of attention seemed unjustified.
Furthermore, when we ordered our food, they insisted that the amount we had chosen was insufficient and recommended we order more. We finally took their advice, and it turned out the portions were more than enough, so we ended up ordering extra food unnecessarily. We felt like they pressured us to consume more than we actually needed.
Much more attentive customer service and more honest advice would have made the experience very different.

The food was amazing. Baby squid, chickpeas with cuttlefish, goat meat... and great wine! When it's busy, the service quality dips a bit, but that's understandable. 100% recommended!
