Buen sitio para comer. Venia un poco temeroso porque algunos comentarios no eran buenos. Supongo que sería un mal día que lo tiene cualquiera. La comida riquísima. El servicio rapidísimo y muy atentos. Precios asequibles. Nos ha gustado.

An authentic and very original Guachinche. Enjoy the Canarian food; the desserts are highly recommended, especially the Uruguayan polvito.

Honestly, it was a 10 out of 10. We went for lunch, the food was excellent, and the service was just as good.

We went to this guachinche for the first and last time, and it was the worst experience ever. The service was disappointing, the waiters were unprofessional, and they were even arguing amongst themselves. One of them even came to our table to ask who had brought the water so he could reprimand another colleague. It was truly awful. The food portions were terrible for the price. The waiter who wasn't serving us recommended the ribeye steak, saying it was large and would be enough for everyone. The waiters were super nice, they checked on us repeatedly to make sure everything was okay and gave us the best recommendations, everything was delicious!

Nice place inside but food was not great! Chicken was dry and no flavour, morcilla tasted off and the pota was revolting and could not be eaten. We ordered salmorejo and it never arrived. It was just meat no salad or chips/potatoes. Next day one member had upset stomach out of five of us. I never received my main whilst everyone else had theirs and just picked at everyone else’s as we kept thinking mine would arrive, then decided we would not bother to ask. Very disappointed

One star only for the setting, which is still cute. The meal was a disaster: undercooked meat, indifferent service from some of the waiters, and they even charged for bread! €4.50 for three tiny pieces of bread. My 14-year-old son didn't eat anything because instead of a lamb chop, he received a 50cm long pork chop that wasn't even cooked. It seems tourists aren't welcome, unlike the locals who are much more pampered! A disgrace!

Trompé sur notre commande avec un latd de 1 mètre au lieu de côté d'agneau mais véritablement ils nous dis que c'était de notre faute.
Accueil sympathique au début .
Plus de viande braisé donc nous avons fait avec les moyens du bord.

Le restaurant est magnifique, les serveurs sont tous très accueillants, le service est très rapide mais le problème c’est le patron. À cause de lui, il y a une ambiance horrible, tous les serveurs sont en permanence observés et en stress, ce qui a gâché notre expérience… Merci à toute l’équipe sauf.

Upon arrival, the waiters were smoking in front of the entrance and spitting there, which wasn't very pleasant. That said, the food was very good. However, we were asked to change tables mid-meal to hang some lights, two dishes were forgotten, and there was some confusion with our dessert order.

Jamas en mi vida volvería a ese restaurante. Que asco de servicio camarero, que asco el trato entre ellos mismos, trataban mal a uno de ellos y lo empujaban y decían de cosas enfrente de nosotros por dios.! Tengan al menos un poquito de vergüenza y profesionalismo, yo como el dueño os dejo a todos por fuera y podría PERSONAL AMABLE, EFICIENTE Y PROFESIONAL.

Nuestra experiencia en este restaurante fue muy decepcionante.
Al entrar, fuimos atendidas rápidamente por uno de los camareros, quien nos asignó una mesa. Pedimos las bebidas y estas llegaron en muy poco tiempo. Además, nos informó de que en breve otro compañero vendría a tomar nota de la comida.
Sin embargo, después de varios minutos de espera, tuvimos que llamar a un camarero para que nos trajera la carta, ya que nadie se había acercado a atendernos. Una vez que nos dejaron el menú, esperamosNuestra experiencia en este restaurante fue muy decepcionante.
Al entrar, fuimos atendidas rápidamente por uno de los camareros, quien nos asignó una mesa. Pedimos las bebidas y estas llegaron en muy poco tiempo. Además, nos informó de que en breve otro compañero vendría a tomar nota de la comida.
Sin embargo, después de varios minutos de espera, tuvimos que llamar a un camarero para que nos trajera la carta, ya que nadie se había acercado a atendernos. Una vez que nos dejaron el menú, esperamos aproximadamente 40 minutos para hacer nuestro pedido. Durante todo ese tiempo vimos cómo atendían a mesas que habían llegado después de nosotras, mientras que nuestra mesa era completamente ignorada.
Finalmente, decidimos pedir la cuenta e irnos sin comer. Cuando informamos al personal de que no pensábamos pedir comida porque nadie nos había atendido, uno de los camareros reaccionó de forma muy poco profesional, gritando a sus compañeros que trajeran la cuenta. Después se acercó para justificarse diciendo que no era su culpa porque, según él, cuando pasaba cerca de nuestra mesa no lo habíamos detenido para pedir atención.
Considero inaceptable que el servicio funcione de esta manera. La responsabilidad de atender a los clientes corresponde al personal del restaurante, no a los clientes. Es una pena, porque la primera impresión fue positiva, pero la falta de atención, la larga espera y la actitud del camarero hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy negativa. The food was so good. One of the best we found in the area.

Comida muy rica, pero excelente sobre todo el trato del personal, el ambiente es muy agradable. 100% recomendado.
